Q: Is there a washer and dryer in unit?
A: Washer and Dryer hookups exist in individual apartments and there are on-site laundry rooms with modern washers and dryers.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: No pets are allowed.
Q: Where is the closest airport?
A:The Watertown International Airport is a 7 minute drive away.
Q: Are there any recreational activities for tenants?
A: There is a beautiful fitness center next door.
Q: What is the commute to Fort Drum?
A: It is a 15 mile drive so it takes an average person less than 20 minutes.
Q: Are these apartments for college students?
A:Students are allowed to live at Ontario Village. However we have a minimum income requirement in order to rent an apartment with us.
Q: What are your deposit costs?
A: Our deposits are $275 but we have different options depending on which apartments and different lease lengths.
Q: Is there wireless access in the Motel Style rooms?
A:We do not provide wireless internet, we do include cable.
Q: Are there smoking rooms available?
A:All of our rooms are smoke free.
Q: Are utilities included?
A: Utilities are generally up to the tenant, however we run monthly specials that occasionally have utilities included.
